Hello new curb appeal

• The demo process threw a curve ball, as the WHY behind the wood rot was found ✔️

🔎Going into a project with wood rot like that, there’s always a reason. Sometimes it’s the age of the home, lack of preventative maintenance (clean your gutters ) or pests.

What do you think the cause of this was ?

F L O O R I N G D A Y ⚒️

This flooring is made to mimic real wood, making it perfect for this lake house !

Our client chose this beautiful shade 🪵
What do you think ?!

This specific flooring was chosen because …

it’s 100% Waterproof: Ideal for kitchens, bathrooms, and basements; it will never swell when exposed to water.

Rigid Core Technology: Composed of a rigid vinyl core (often including PVC and limestone) for stability and dent resistance.

Built-in Underlayment: Includes a hypoallergenic natural cork pad for improved sound reduction and warmth.

Durable Wear Layer: Features a durable, scratch-resistant surface (up to 22 mil or higher on many models) designed for high-traffic areas and pet-friendly homes.

Performance: Rated for temperature variations, suitable for sunrooms

Making it the perfect option for the walk out basement !

Stay tuned 👀 to see how it ties in with all the natural elements this house has !
