HOME WARRANTY COMPANIES ( A GIANT FAIL )

When buying a home I know it sounds like and feels like buying a home warranty is a great idea and giving the buyer a sense of comfort and peace when buying a home. I honestly believe they are a waist of your hard earned money, I know of to many people in Midland Odessa that have had zero luck with any claims filed with Home Warranty Companies
This time of year is notorious for air conditioning systems to fail and or go out especially those units that are older units. In the last 2 days I personally know people that are having major issues with their air-conditioning systems and have Home Warranties.

HERE IS THE MOST COMMON RESPONSE IN THESE CASES IN WEST TEXAS
When you call your Home Warranty because your A/C is not working they simply tell you ( we are sorry to hear your having trouble, we will contact one of our A/C companies and get your claim assigned) . 2 day 3 days go by or even longer and you have not heard from your Home Warranty Co, you call back and their response is ( we are sorry but we can not find anyone in your area but we have a reimbursement program where you are more than welcome to call an A/C company to diagnose and fix your problem ) . So you call A/C company XYZ and they charge you $350 for the service call and tell you it is going cost $15,000 or more because you need a new unit 😳😳😳😳
You call the home warranty company and they say OH NO we can't pay that, we will have to order the parts through our suppliers and then try and find someone to go do the work 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂, ( AND HOW LONG IS THAT GOING TO TAKE ??????????? THEY ANSWER I CAN NOT TELL YOU THAT )

If the HOME WARRANTY COMPANY can not find anyone to go look and diagnose your problem then they WILL NOT find anyone to go do an installation BUT their answer to you is we can send you $400 if you want proceed with the other company to install your new A/C🤯😡🤬. After you have paid THEM $120 per month for 3 years which $4320 and they can not even take care of you.

DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON HOME WARRANTIES, Home warranty companies will not pay!!!!!!!
