Led by Safety Manager Pete Warsaw, our team gathers monthly at our Odessa Event Center, with remote team members joining from New Mexico, Utah, and beyond.

Throughout the training cycle, team members cover internal procedures, team-building discussions, and more than 50 OSHA-required safety topics. The morning session covers pressure measurement basics, featuring application discussions, a PMP50 demo setup, and deep dives into HART communication, grounding, materials of construction, and diagnostic/logging capabilities.
