We're proud to be teammates. 💚

HZ Services is honored to stand alongside the 33 Lead Foundation as an official teammate in their mission to support high school athletes and honor the legacy of Joby Flores.

What started as a tribute has grown into a powerful movement—awarding scholarships, empowering young leaders, and showing up for the next generation both on and off the field. At HZ, we believe in building more than pipelines and projects—we believe in building people. That’s why teaming up with 33 Lead was an easy choice.

We're proud to support their efforts across West Texas and beyond and to champion the students, stories, and service that define the heart of 33 Lead. From the classroom to the sidelines, they’re making a difference—and we’re here for it.

Let’s lead together.
