To Our Valued Customers and Friends,
After much consideration and many heartfelt conversations among our ownership group, we have made the difficult decision to close Patrick Clay's Icon Tavern.
What began as Patrick's dream in 2019 was rooted in a desire to be part of the revitalization of downtown Odessa and create a place where people could gather, connect, and make memories. Following Patrick's unexpected passing in 2020, his family and friends made the decision to carry that dream forward. Through a tremendous amount of hard work, dedication, and love, we were honored to open our doors in March 2023 and bring Patrick's vision to life.
Since day one, the support we have received from our customers and the Odessa community has been incredible. The friendships we've made, the stories we've shared, and the memories created within these walls are something we will cherish forever. We are deeply grateful for every customer who walked through our doors and helped make this dream a reality.
As life has evolved for each of the partners involved, we have come to recognize that our commitments to our families and the time required to operate the business at the level it deserves have led us to conclude that now is the right time to close this chapter.
While Patrick Clay's Icon Tavern may be closing its doors, Patrick's legacy will continue to live on through our families, our friends, and the loyal customers who supported us every step of the way.
Thank you for believing in us, supporting us, and helping make Patrick's dream come true.
Three years may not seem like a long time, but the memories and relationships built during that time will last a lifetime. We sincerely hope you enjoyed being part of this journey as much as we did.
Our final day of business will be June 20, 2026.
