Water management on a build starts long before the window actually goes in.

We are currently running water testing on the window installation at the Hokie Rambler Blackburn project in Virginia. A passing result does more than show a properly installed window. It validates the flashing, sequencing, and overall detail designed to keep water out and protect the building envelope for the long haul.

Top quality build results come down to careful pre-planning, proper sequencing, ongoing installer training, and real-time field verification.

Build it right. Test it. Verify it.

Water intrusion is every builder's worst nightmare, and most of the time, it comes down to a small mistake with the weather barrier. We've seen how frustrating and expensive those callbacks can be, which is why we handle our mockup process a little differently.

Instead of just handing over a set of drawings, we build physical mockups and turn them into step-by-step instructional videos. That way, our crews and trades can actually watch the weather barrier and flashing go up in real time before they step foot on the jobsite.

It takes a bit of extra time upfront, but seeing the exact sequence in action gives everyone confidence and keeps the building dry for years to come.

30 Years of Wagler + 250 Years of America = One AWESOME July 4th Party!

We went all out for this year’s 4th of July party! Not only did we celebrate America’s 250th birthday, but we also celebrated 30 years of Wagler!

From good food at the fish fry to the awesome truck parade and a fireworks show to cap it all off, it was a day to remember. We are so grateful for our amazing team and community who have supported Wagler over the last three decades.
