Available Roles & Key Responsibilities
We are hiring for the following full-time positions:
Lead Installer (4-6+ years’ experience)
• Lead the complete installation of HVAC systems in new construction and residential
settings.
• Mentor and guide Journeymen and Apprentices, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Perform final system tests, diagnostics, and troubleshooting to guarantee flawless
operation.
• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact, ensuring project success from start to finish.
Journeyman Installer (2-3+ years’ experience)
• Execute the installation of HVAC equipment, ductwork, and refrigerant lines with precision and skill.
• Collaborate with Lead Installers to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to
code.
• Uphold a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics for residential systems.
Apprentice Installer / Helper (0-1 years’ experience)
• Assist senior installers with all aspects of HVAC installation.
• Learn to safely and effectively use trade-specific tools and equipment.
• Maintain tool inventory and prepare materials on the job site.
• Develop the hands-on skills needed for a successful career in the HVAC trade.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
