Another one bites the dust! Off and on in a day. This north Boone house was no challenge for our seasoned crews. Back on with Certainteed Landmark shingles in Heather Blend color. Did the front porch in Mulehide self adhered modified bitumen roll roof 2 ply system in the Heather color to match the shingles. The Mulehide is designed for low slope roofs. Well, aside from an early start to "Old Man Winter" with earlier than normal snowfall and frigid ass temps. Now, Spring is beginning to make an appearance and we are so ready. Even through the cold, we have managed to get some roofing and siding work done and in progress. And when we do get these warmer weather breaks, the phone starts ringing with those trying to get a jump on their summer projects. I have looked at more jobs than usual this time of year and spring schedule is booking fast. Mother Nature cooperated enough to allow us to finish off 2025 with a couple roof replacements. Wow, it's been a while since I posted so bear with me if I'm a little rusty.
The crew took advantage of warm end to January, to get out and get a little fresh air.
They knocked out this roof in Boone. Feels good to be outside. Makes us think Spring is just around the corner.
