For this , we are throwing it back to our early work in the hospitality sector and a foundational relationship that helped expand our regional footprint before the turn of the century. La Quinta was one of our strongest early partnerships, entrusting Wadman Corporation with numerous builds across multiple states. The photos featured here showcase two of those classic projects: a La Quinta property in Greenwood, Colorado, alongside another local build right here in Layton, Utah. Delivering consistent, high-quality results across state lines during this era was instrumental in shaping our approach to large-scale, multi-site commercial construction. These early hospitality builds stand as a great reminder of our roots and the enduring value of strong client relationships that helped build our 75-year legacy.

It takes a village to build something this big.

Progress continues at the future Walmart Supercenter in West Haven, and projects like this are a reminder of just how many people it takes to bring a vision to life. From site crews and concrete teams to electricians, plumbers, steel workers, roofers, finish trades, project managers, and countless others. More than 500 skilled workers across a wide range of trades will contribute to the construction of this Supercenter and fuel station before it’s complete.
Every beam placed, wall erected, and parking lot paved represents the collaboration, coordination, and craftsmanship of an enormous team working toward one common goal. Large-scale projects aren’t built by one company or one crew alone, they’re built by people coming together day after day to create something lasting for the community.

Big things are taking shape at the future Smith’s in Lehi.
The site continues to transform as major progress is made across the project. From ongoing work on the building itself to paving operations now underway in the parking lot. With the structure rapidly coming together and site development advancing, this project is beginning to look more and more like the finished vision.

It’s exciting to see the scale of this development come to life and the impact it will soon have on the growing Lehi community. More updates to come as we continue pushing forward.

For this , we are taking it back to 1999. The year we officially moved into our current Wadman Corporation headquarters. This move was a massive milestone for our team and a direct reflection of the incredible growth we had experienced since our founding in 1951. Relocating to a larger facility provided the essential infrastructure and space we needed to support our expanding operations, a growing roster of complex projects, and the hardworking people who make it all happen. For over 25 years, this building has served as our command center, overseeing decades of construction excellence and successful partnerships. As we celebrate our 75th anniversary, we look back at this moving day not just as a change of address, but as a pivotal moment that set the stage for everything we have built since.

For this , we’re reflecting on a defining milestone in our history: the Payson Utah Temple. As the very first temple constructed by Wadman Corporation, this project holds a profound significance for our team. It was a monumental undertaking that spanned approximately 96,630 square feet, requiring a level of precision and attention to detail that few buildings in the world demand. From the intricate neo-classical exterior to the custom woodwork and high-end stonework, every square inch was executed to the highest possible standards. A benchmark where the margin for error is simply non-existent.
Successfully delivering this inaugural temple project proved our capacity to execute the most prestigious and technically demanding builds, ultimately paving the way for the subsequent temple projects we have been honored to construct since. The Payson Temple represents the intersection of monumental scope and microscopic detail, standing as a lasting testament to the construction excellence and dedication that have been our foundation since 1951.

Momentum is building at the West Haven Walmart.

Since our last update, the project has taken a major step forward. The exterior walls have been raised and large sections of the roof are already in place. What was once early groundwork is now clearly taking shape as a full-scale building, with crews making steady progress across multiple areas of the site.

This is where the scale really starts to stand out, and the vision becomes reality. More progress ahead as we continue bringing this project to life.

This features a project that represents more than just construction. It’s the foundation of a partnership that has shaped the gateway to the Tetons.

Shown here is a snapshot from 2010, capturing the progress of the Jackson Hole Airport (JAC) terminal expansion. This landmark project effectively doubled the terminal’s footprint and introduced the iconic mass-timber design that has since earned national architectural honors.

What began with this terminal renovation in 2009 has evolved into a deeply meaningful, long standing relationship with the airport. We are honored to still be working at JAC today, supporting its growth with new facilities and critical infrastructure to ensure it remains a premier destination for travelers worldwide.

From those first glulam beams to our current work on-site, it is a privilege to continue building at the base of the mountains.

For this , we’re highlighting a showcase from the early 2000's. One of our earliest projects for Walmart. This period was instrumental in establishing what has since become a premier partnership between Wadman Corporation and Walmart.

Over the years, this relationship has evolved into a robust collaboration, with our teams completing more than 350 projects to date. From ground-up construction to complex, multi-phase remodels, this partnership is built on decades of shared experience and a consistent commitment to quality.

Seeing a snapshot of these early days alongside one of our newest completions serves as a testament to the trust and growth that have defined this partnership for over twenty years.
