We are a family-owned and run a small mechanical company. He also takes jobs in all areas of the customers needs, whatever is required for the customer.

Owner Chris Garcia has over 20 years experience in all fields of plumbing, electrical, construction, and is up to date on all current codes and practices. His son Chris Garcia is very well known with his work in building trades, receiving a certificate for building two houses from the ground up and graduating college with his degree in HVAC.

Got a call for a/c working occasionally, comes on sometimes! Well come to find out the A coil was pitched wrong and was dumping water onto his board. This was creating puddles on the ground and in the bottom of the unit by the blower motor. We also found the condensate drain pitched and installed incorrectly, here are a few before pictures and after pictures to show you correct pitch when it comes to installing a coil or case coil! Can anyone guess who did the install?

A tree came down and tore off the power line going to a house close by! Luckily with Sr having 20 years experience he was able to pass inspection and restore the hookup without any complications! Now national grid can connect and restore power!
