Good morning happy memorial Day! The Fort Drum Crystal Mine in Okeechobee is open 7 days a week anytime after 9:00 a.m. it's $100 per adult $35 per child. No Exceptions! You'll need tools when you come and you need to call 863-447-4860 to set up a day and time to come. The tools that you'll need is a hammer a pic and a garden rake you'll also need a 5 gallon bucket and you'll need that per adult to collect comfortably without borrowing tools from one another. Good morning beautiful Saturday here in Okeechobee Florida! Have a small hiccup with a couple of bad seeds that were giving false information to customers just to clear that all up I'm hoping they are all gone. He is open 7 days a week anytime after 9:00 a.m. please do call before you come so that he is aware that you're coming on which day with an approximate time of arrival thank you have a beautiful day

The new website for The Fort Drum Crystal Mine Here in Okeechobee Florida!
I have two collecting areas and two separate prices the first one is $60 per adult $35 per child the second one is a new area that's only been open a few months and it is $100 per adult $35 per child and it's very fruitful you'll also need to bring tools and a 5 gallon bucket with you. Also please do call me one day in advance to let me know that you're coming I do have animals on site and the gate at the entrance stay shut for that reason. The Fort Drum Crystal Mine here in Okeechobee Florida $80 per adult special running don't miss your chance to come get dirty and have some fun digging up really special fossils with a replacement of calcite that fluoresces and phosphoruses under a black light a bright yellow to a light green shortwave and long wave. So bring your tools a 5 gallon bucket and don't forget your black light flashlight in case you stay through the evening I got mine at Harbor Freight for about $8 they also have them at Walmart for between $5 and $10
