This week, students started the NABCEP PV Associate training program for the Pawnee Nation — the workforce side of the Rural Energy Pilot Program that’s bringing the Nation’s first solar array into production.

This program has been several years in the making, and while the solar array is the visible part- the people who will own, operate, and maintain it are the part that lasts.

A special thank you to OSU-OKC, Everblue Training Institute, and the Pawnee Nation of Oklahoma for allowing Stronghold Construction to be part of this — not just as builders, but as part of workforce development.

Energy sovereignty and workforce development, built in tandem. That’s the goal.

We are proud and beyond grateful to announce that Stronghold Construction has been recognized as one of America's fastest-growing companies on the Inc. 5000 list!

Four years ago, we opened our doors with a very specific mission: prove that alternative delivery is the future of construction and that low-bid, traditional methodology keeps recreating the same problems owners have complained about for far too long.

Every client and trade partner should be a relationship, not just a line item. And every project deserves its own path, structured around its needs — not a one-size-fits-all method.

Today, this recognition validates the success we have already seen and experienced. This ranking belongs to our team, first and foremost. It stands as a testament to the diligence, dedication, and passion they bring to every project. From the jobsite to the office, we are only here today because of them.

A special thank you to the clients from across Oklahoma who trusted this young firm with their most important projects. You bet on us before there was a ranking to point to, and for that, we are forever grateful.

The day before independence was declared, John Adams wrote his wife with an incredible vision of what this country could become:

“The Forth Day of July 1776 will be the most memorable epoch in the history of America… It ought to be solemnized with pomp and parade, with shows, games, sports, guns, bells, bonfires, and illuminations from one end of this continent to the other, from this time forward forever more.”

Two hundred and fifty years later, we still share that vision.

America is a yet-to-be idea. Forever improving, forever changing, forever reaching for new heights.

We are the embodiment of personal expression and liberty. That freedom — to express, to explore, to challenge the unknowns, the ideals, and the understandings we inherit — has been the fire that lit the path to becoming the premier example of collective expression in the history of the world.
