Today we are taking our first look at the spec home we are currently building in Guthrie OK. It is a 1,435 sq ft with three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. With a 2 car garage and being built in the historic city of Guthrie it is a sure fire winner. Unlike many of our homes this home has a galley kitchen instead of an open floor plan. I will keep posting updates as I build my first spec home. I hope you enjoy them as much as I have enjoyed building it.

Today we are taking a look in on the Tackitt family's custom home build. The interior is being painted and soon the amenities are going to be installed. These are what turn a 2261 sq ft 3 bed, and 2.5 bath home from boring to a custom dream home. I can hardly wait to see what their dream home looks like.

Today we are taking our 2nd look at the Braudrick home in Guthrie. The framing has finally been completed and the wrap, windows, and doors are complete. Soon the roof will be installed and the rough in will begin. This is her first home and she is really enjoying the process of building her own home. I look forward to seeing her home completed and what amenities she has picked out. If you are curious like me you will want to check back for updates.

Today we take our seventh look at the Stark home as they continue their journey from Dirt to Dream. The cabinets are installed and the trim is being finished. Soon all of the amenities will be installed and the home will be complete. This is the point where the home begins to appear and you don't have to picture it in your mind. Their dream home has 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms in a 2156 sq ft home. With an open floor plan the home has a large island, large pantry, and an electric fireplace. The master suite has a wet room that combines a freestanding tub and a custom shower. The walk-in closet is over 160 sq ft. The 2 car garage is good size and gives them a place to protect their cars from the hail that Oklahoma tends to enjoy. The rear covered porch gives them a great place to enjoy the cool spring days. It won't be long until we are looking at the end of their journey and that is when we will see what they dreamed about besides the dimensions. So keep following as we watch the Starks journey from good red Dirt to Dream home.

Today we are taking a look at a truly amazing home that was recently completed in Harrah, OK. It is amazing and truly custom in every way.
