April was filled with meaningful opportunities for our teams to give back and support organizations making a difference in our communities.

- Our St. Clairsville team hosted a hygiene kit build after their safety meeting in support of The House of the Carpenter, packing 200 hygiene kits for homeless adults while learning more about the organization’s mission in the Ohio Valley community.

- We proudly served as presenting sponsor for the Communities In Schools of Greater Tarrant County Celebration Luncheon, supporting their work helping at-risk Pre-K–12 students stay in school and succeed.

- Staff from El Reno Manufacturing attended the El Reno Community Night Gala benefiting House of Healing, an organization dedicated to mentoring and supporting youth through safe and encouraging relationships, and equine assisted learning services.

- Hosted a lunch and learn with The University of Oklahoma Foundation and Oklahoma Children's Hospital OU Health, followed by an onsite volunteer activity where employees packed 100 coloring kits and 25 STEM activity kits for pediatric patients.

- Employees in Pampa attended the Pampa Chamber of Commerce
Awards Banquet to support the local community and celebrate the newest Leadership Pampa graduating class.

- We welcomed Bike Club OKC to our office, where students enjoyed pizza, cookies, and time with our team as part of the organization’s after-school cycling and mentorship program.

- We supported Canadian Valley Technology Center Red Dirt Robotics, helping fund a student-led STEM program that recently advanced to the state level.

- Our Oklahoma City team hosted a blood drive with Our Blood Institute, contributing donations that support lifesaving efforts in the community.

- Teams in Pleasanton organized a food drive benefiting Bountiful Blessings Food Pantry, supporting local families during a time when donations typically decline after the holidays.

- We also launched Make a Change with Your Change, encouraging employees to collect spare change throughout the year and direct it to local charities.
