We are pleased to announce that Oasis Plumbing & Mechanical has been awarded a contract in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. The Glenwood Meadows project will be comprised of 300 apartment units, set against mountains as its background and a prime view of the Colorado River. This project is predicted to have its completion at around 24months.
Colorado is now the 6th State where Oasis is licensed to operate.

We’ve broken ground and construction has started on our newest project in Oklahoma City. The BroadVue project is being built in a prime location at Britton and Broadway Extension, directly north of Chicken N Pickel, Flix Brewhouse and OneCore Health. When finished the project will be composed of 323 apartments fronting an existing small lake, along with state of the art communal areas complete with a large pool and dog park.

Construction has started on our newest project in Downtown OKC. The 700 West project will be five stories tall and include 302 apartments, many with views of downtown. The development will have a parking garage with approximately 300 parking spaces, breathing life into a long vacant lot on the corner of Shartel Avenue and NW Fourth.

The iconic First National Center housed the First National Bank and was built in 1931. Boasting 33 floors (446 feet) tall and nearly 1 million square feet, the building's hall is the most beautiful and ornate space in the state of Oklahoma, featuring amazing marble and priceless murals. The building is now being remodeled and will be restored to its former glory, in a multi year process of intense work. The remodel has been one of the most challenging and amazing process to witness, and being a part of it is to be a part of OKC's history and development. When completed, the FNC will house a signature hotel, luxury apartments, high end restaurants and more.

It has been the pleasure of a lifetime to be a part of this project. The push towards completion has our whole organization committed and we are all looking forward to the opening of the new FNC, which most definitely will continue to be a very special place.

Another one of our new projects for 2021 - Located at 1130 N. Harvey Ave., The Sentinel is a new 5 story, 32,348 sf mixed use occupancy building with residential units and commercial offices, positioned to the west of the new Monarch building and Guardian parking garage, fronting Harvey Avenue. The building site covered an old parking lot. Great views of OKC Downtown from this area!

Great progress being made at one of our recent HVAC projects. The Residences at Classen Curve when completed will be a 5 story, 325 apartment units building adjacent to Whole Foods and Trader Joe's, going up to the East of the new Ellison Hotel.
