Cementitious overlays can revitalize and renew worn, pitted, and spalding concrete surfaces while providing a wearable and decorative solution to your business or home. These floors were up to 2" out of level is spots and heavily pitted across the entire floor before we resurfaces in a 2 tone grey leveler and sealed with 2 coats of an acrylic topcoat. BTW, try those tacos near you!

This quick turn around repair of badly degraded concrete at this acid processing facility was completed this past weekend. We arrived on Friday evening and began prep to remove existing coatings. We then troweled a urethane mortar to resurface the degraded concrete. Next, we installed a 4 layer vinyl ester flooring system to prevent acid degradation in these areas. All in time for a 9pm return to service schedule on Sunday evening. 5 layers completed from 7pm Friday until 5pm Sunday.
We are proud of our crew and the effort they put into completing complicated installations in a very demanding schedule.

Urethane Cement provides an extremely resilient surface for any demanding environment. The crew installed this 3/8" UC floor in a new meat processing facility. 4" integral cove seamlessly transitions walls to the floor for superior cleanliness. 36 grit texture provides excellent slip resistance to a wet environment for employee safety.
Epoxy mortar in all dry areas and hallways provides a cost effective solution where strength and longevity are important.
The crew installed 8000sqft of UC cement, 4000 sqft of epoxy mortar, and 3400 linear feet of cove base in this facility in a one week install window. We came in early Saturday morning and left the next Sunday evening for other trades to have access Monday morning.

Flake floors are aesthetically pleasing, durable, and extremely easy to clean. That's why this school system chose to install an epoxy and urethane floor system for the boys ad girls locker rooms, bathrooms, and showers. Each area was spec'd to meet the individual need for the space while maintaining a homogeneous look throughout. We love installing beautiful floors that perform even better than they look!

We have systems for any environment. This food service production area had severe concrete deterioration from lactic acid. We installed a cementitious urethane with 2 coats of a vinyl ester epoxy to protect from future erosion problems. My crew and I prepped, patched, and installed this with a quick 2 day turnaround. Always awesome having a happy customer!

Epoxy grout sloped to drain, moisture barrier, epoxy mortar, and epoxy quartz broadcast with integral cove (installed with tile walls in place) completed these patient showers with a durable, long lasting, and slip resistant floor that features easy clean up and seamless finish. We completed all the patient showers on this level in a week so other trades can complete their work.

The crew had a productive weekend on our hospital shower job. The epoxy grout shower pans were sealed with waterproof membrane which was applied to the entire surface. Next we troweled applied the base to get ready to accept the quartz cove base and quartz broadcast tomorrow. Sealer will be applied Tuesday to wrap up this phase of install.

Epoxy mortar grout offers exception durability when a repair or sloping is required. This hospital patient shower needs to meet ADA sloping standards while providing drainage for the shower. An epoxy mortar and quartz cove and broadcast will follow so be sure to check out our page over the next week to see the progress.
