Our Facilities Berg-Dorf Pipe and Supply sits on twenty acres in the south east industrial area of Oklahoma City. Our manufacturing facility is a 15,000 sq. ft. building. The main warehouse, including our office, is 20,000 square feet, with 17,000 square feet of adjacent warehouse space. Contained within our main manufacturing facility are eight lathes, three boring mills including a 72" boring mill, two welding facilities and our paint and finishing dept. We have both sandblasting and shot blasting facilities as well. We have four valve testing units and our own local delivery trucks. All new material is inspected upon receipt and all finished valves follow a strenuous quality control procedure. All valves are tested to meet applicable API standards & testing procedures. All of our valves are tagged with your purchase order number, current date, test pressures(hydrostatic seat and shell), body material and trim material. Each valve is marked internally in two specific ways to determine traceability to Berg-Dorf Pipe and Supply. Each valve is shipped with its' test report and a test report is also shipped with the invoice. We keep a copy in our records as well. Our Products Fittings Berg-Dorf Pipe and Supply Co., LLC. is a Hackney Ladish Distributor for all types of fittings. We also inventory National Fl**ge, Bonney, Grinnell, Fleetline and Dresser fittings. We stock Flex Gaskets and B-7" bolts as well. Valves We stock a large selection of new, used, and reconditioned Gate Valves, Globe Valves, Ball Valves,Check Valves, Pipeline Gate Valves, Butterfly Valves, and Plug Valves. General Twin Seal and other types of Double Block and Bleed Valves are also in-stock items. Remanufacture We are a fully operational valve remanufacturing facility. All employees are trained and continually updated on the leading edge technology and methods of remanufacturing valves. Our welders have met section IX ASME Boiler and Pressure code as well as section VIII ASME. They also have to meet Section IX on both soft metal rod and stainless steel. They are licensed by the State of Oklahoma and Certified by Oklahoma Testing Laboratories. Each valve is built to meet or exceed API 6D and API 598, 602, 603, 606, and 600 as well as ASME/ANS/B16.34-1988 and tested in accordance with API Standards. All of our rebuilding procedures meet or exceed the outlined procedures of API. Warranty We warrant all of our products to be free from defects in material and/or workmanship under normal use and service for one full year from date of shipment.
