This particular duplex unit was the subject of a major renovation project, one that involved a considerable amount of demolition work to tear out the old and outdated materials, fixtures, and structures that were no longer functional or efficient. Following the demolition phase, the foundation of the building underwent significant repairs to fix any cracks, level the foundation, and ensure the long-term stability of the structure. The renovation also entailed the reframing of both the interior and exterior walls, allowing for a more functional layout and the incorporation of modern design elements. One of the most notable aspects of the renovation was the addition of a second story to each unit, which not only expanded the living space but also completely transformed the exterior appearance of the building. All the windows and doors were removed and reinstalled with new, high-performance units that improve the energy efficiency and livability of the homes. And to protect the entire structure from the elements, a new roof was installed using high-quality asphalt shingles that offer both functionality and style.

Although projects of this type are not our usual undertaking, we're confident in our ability to achieve outstanding results. Our current project encompasses a 25'x20' slab with a stamped and diamond-cut design, featuring three steps along the sides and a small fireplace positioned centrally. Furthermore, a 3' tall wall comprising a block core, brick sides, and a capstone finish adds to the remarkable overall finish.

Located near Norman, OK, this residence, constructed in 2024, boasts an expansive porch spanning approximately 800 sq ft. However, the owner has requested modifications to alleviate issues with insufficient daylight entering from the backyard, which have been attributed to the porch's size and original roof design. The porch's original 3/12 slope roof has been replaced with an open gable design, featuring tongue and groove cedar planks for the interior ceiling and LP SmartSide trim for the sides.

Here, we have two 5’x8’ decks, one designated for the main entrance and the other for the secondary exit or entrance, along with a spacious 10’x38’ backyard deck.
