The oil and gas industry faces many environmental challenges. Environmental Oil Services (“EOS”) has been presented with a tremendous opportunity to provide a service that will help solve one of oil drillers’ major problems. This opportunity provides a vast new source of recyclable plastic materials in the form of oil & gas field pit liners. These liners are sheets composed of polyethylene (PE)

and are used on drilling sites throughout the country. In many areas of the country there is no satisfactory way to dispose of used pit liners because landfills are beginning to refuse to accept them. EOS has developed a recycling process especially suited to processing pit liners, converting them into pellets which are used as a raw material in manufacturing.
