When water goes where it shouldn't, things fall apart — literally.

The walkway facade was damaged as a result of excessive water pouring in off the street and infiltrating the interior system, creating corrosion on the framing.

Over time this corrosion caused the system to collapse.

Our team came in:
- Removed all the damaged materials
- Designed and installed a new guttering system to offset future water from creating the same issue
- Repaired the finishes back to their original state

Now it's not just fixed. It's protected from future damage.
