Thirteen years ago today, an F5 tornado devastated Moore, OK, destroying Briarwood Elementary and leaving a community forever changed. We pause to remember all those who were lost and the families who carried unimaginable grief.

We were honored to be trusted with rebuilding the school, seven-day work weeks, 65,000 sq ft, and nine months later, the kids walked back through those doors. Some projects you never forget.

City of Grove Police Station: September 2025 → May 2026

The 13,250 SF facility will feature a public lobby, investigation units, 911 dispatch, evidence storage, holding cells, and a dedicated storm shelter, currently under construction and taking shape!

What a milestone! Last Friday, we celebrated the beam signing and topping out at Belle Isle High School, a moment that marks a major step toward opening the doors for students and staff.

None of this is possible without an incredible team. A huge thank you to our subcontractors, architects, engineers, and the Belle Isle school community for the dedication, collaboration, and hard work that brought us to this moment. It takes a village, and this one is building something special!

As we placed the final beam, adorned with signatures and a tree, a centuries-old tradition symbolizing good luck and safe completion, we were reminded of just how meaningful this work is. This building will serve students for decades to come, and that's worth celebrating.

Here's to a safe push to the finish line.

Big news for our middle schoolers in OKC! Our partners at Construct My Future are hosting a hands-on summer camp June 1–5 at OSU-OKC. Students who completed 5th–8th grade will get to explore construction, welding, HVAC, heavy machinery, and more. This is such an amazing opportunity to discover a passion for the trades!

Timberlake Construction is proud to announce the completed renovation of Belle Isle Enterprise Middle School for Oklahoma City Public Schools.

This project was a comprehensive transformation of the existing campus. The scope included the addition of five brand new classrooms to support the school's growing student population, a major expansion of the gymnasium, including the locker rooms, lobby, and concession stand area, to create a larger and more functional space for students and events, and a significant increase in parking facilities to better serve staff, families, and visitors. Perhaps most importantly, the project included the construction of an ICC 500-certified storm shelter!

It was a privilege to work alongside Oklahoma City Public Schools on a project that will serve this community for decades to come.

Yesterday was a milestone we'll never forget. Celebrating 50 years is no small feat, and it meant the world to share that moment with so many of you.

To everyone who came out to celebrate with us, thank you. Your presence made the evening everything we hoped it would be. And to our incredible partners, your support and collaboration over the years have been a cornerstone of our success. We don't take that for granted for a single moment.

One of the greatest joys of the night was seeing so many familiar faces. There's something special about moments like these that remind you why you do what you do.
