When the World's Best Compete, They Cook With Convotherm combi ovens

On July 26, the culinary spotlight turns to New Orleans as the Bocuse d'Or brings together eight of the continent's finest chef teams in pursuit of a coveted place at the 2027 Bocuse d'Or Final in Lyon, France.

For 25 years, Convotherm has proudly partnered with the Bocuse d'Or, supplying the precision combi oven technology trusted throughout one of the world's most prestigious culinary competitions.

Each team—comprised of a Chef, Commis, and Coach—will have exactly 5 hours and 35 minutes to prepare and present their dishes using four mandatory ingredients:

· Bone-in ribeye
· Brisket
· Sweet potatoes
· Coffee beans native to their home country

At this level, every second matters. Every decision matters. Every detail matters.
