Project Spotlight: Mountain View Birch Tree R-III

Protecting a community asset starts with addressing problems before they become bigger ones.

We’re proud to have partnered with Mountain View-Birch Tree R-III School District on improvements to the roof at Liberty Middle School, helping address existing leaks and damage while providing stronger, long-term protection for the building.

Even better than seeing the finished project is hearing directly from the district about their experience. We appreciate their trust in and are proud of the results!

We traded trash cans and buckets catching leaks for a stronger roof protecting what’s underneath!

We had been dealing with roof leaks that were beginning to cause damage and create concerns for our building. This summer we contracted with Navitas to help us get the project moving. They were there from beginning to end. Their team kept us updated daily, the project went smoothly and quickly, and we’re very happy with the results!

Back to school means a fresh start, new goals and busy hallways once again. 📚✏️

As the 2026–27 school year gets underway, is proud to support the districts and communities working every day to create great places for students to learn and staff to succeed.

To the teachers, administrators, staff and students heading back this year, we hope it’s a year filled with progress, opportunity and plenty to celebrate.

We’ve moved!

Our new headquarters is just up the street, with more room for hashtag to grow, collaborate and stay connected. The space includes additional conference rooms, room for new team members and dedicated space for our remote employees when they are in town.

To celebrate, we invited team members and their families for a ribbon cutting and open house filled with office tours, pizza, sweet treats and plenty of time together.

More than a bigger office, this new space was designed to support the strong, collaborative culture that makes Navitas what it is. We’re grateful for the families behind our team and loved showing them where we spend our days.

Take us out to the ballgame! ⚾️

This week, traded in project plans for peanuts and Cracker Jacks as we headed out to a Royals game for some team time at the ballpark.

We believe a strong culture is built by working hard, supporting one another and making time to have a little fun together. It was a great day with great teammates, good memories and Royals baseball!

Today’s the day!

After a great happy hour last night, we kicked off the 2026 School Facilities Academy in Columbia this morning.

School leaders will spend some time digging into finance, planning, construction, energy solutions, and funding strategies, with practical takeaways they can bring back to their districts.

A great project deserves a great celebration.

Earlier this month, joined Advanced Biofuels Idaho to celebrate the completion of its new potato washing and sorting facility in Burley.

Built to process up to 100 tons of potatoes per hour, the new facility helps local growers and processors move product more efficiently while reducing water use, improving truck safety, and maximizing resource recovery. Designed to operate 24 hours a day, it's an investment that will support Idaho's potato industry for years to come.

Thank you to ABI, our project partners, and everyone who contributed to making this project a success. We're proud to have been part of bringing this facility to life.

A great project starts with a great partnership.

recently met with Malden R-I School District for the preconstruction kickoff meeting as we prepare for construction to begin in September.

The project includes new HVAC systems, upgraded building automation controls, and replacement of the school's FEMA shelter doors, improvements that will enhance comfort, efficiency, safety, and the long-term performance of the facility.

We're excited to partner with the district throughout construction and help create a learning environment that better serves students and staff for years to come.
