Took our new little Site Super to tour this one today and had to turn this story into a post. 2615 W. 47th Ter. just went live on the market today! It is a unique bungalow style home to fit the Westwood area. This 5 bed, 5 bath, 4,300 sq ft home features a rear entry garage on a large ~13,500 sq ft lot in the heart of Westwood.

In reality, that’s when the collaboration really begins.

We walk the house with our clients, talk through how they live, and start making thoughtful changes that fit their lifestyle. Sometimes it’s selecting finishes. Sometimes it’s adding outlets in the right places, designing a home gym, or choosing wallpaper that makes a room feel complete.
