Nebo Crossing/The Table Progress Update. Ceiling and mechanical black out are complete, and some of the colors are going on the walls.

More progress on The Table Restaurant. The cloud ceilings are receiving a drywall wrap. Once this is complete the entire project is ready for primer and paint.

Lake Lure Lake Levels: The Lake Level in Lake Lure is currently at about 975 Mean Sea Level (MSL). Full pond is 990.5 MSL. The current plan is to maintain the lake at approximately 975 MSL until further notice for the work that will be completed on the Tainter gates. This project is expected to be completed by February 2026. Once this project is complete, Town Officials anticipate refilling the lake to full pond. More progress being made at "The Table" restaurant at Nebo Crossing. The venthood duct work is complete, the tankless hot water rack is installed, spiral HVAC duct is nearing completion, and the grease trap/sewer line is being installed today as well.
