We enjoyed working in this Olive Branch home, updating lighting fixtures throughout to brighten and refresh each space.
In total, he replaced three chandelier-style fixtures, one ceiling fan, and thirteen additional light fixtures throughout the home.

Randy also closed in the small grotto area above the fireplace, creating a clean, functional wall—perfect for mounting a TV or displaying a favorite piece of art in the future.

One of our recent clients had a punch list to complete before putting their home on the market—and we were glad to help get everything ready!

Here’s what we took care of:
✔️ Re-caulking around the tub & shower in the master bathroom
✔️ Replacing sink stoppers in the bathrooms
✔️ Freshening up the kitchen sink
✔️ Re-screening windows (those birds had done a number on them!) 🐦
✔️ Getting the gate back in working order
✔️ Adding a fresh coat of paint to the garage walls

We took care of the demo and got everything ready for this updated bathroom—and it’s amazing to see how it all came together so beautifully!

Randy handled the full transformation on our end:
🔨 Demo
🛠️ Shower rebuild + custom bench
💧 Waterproofing
🧱 Tile installation
🚽 Toilet install
🪞 New vanity install
🚿 All fixtures + handicap bars throughout the space
New baseboard

The fresh paint color and glass installation were completed by other contractors, and together it truly created a clean, updated, and functional space.

We’re so grateful to be part of projects like this—bringing new life into a home and making it both beautiful and practical. 🙌

Our client sent us several photos...the first 2 are his along with a few others. We are so glad he did! He has a great eye. The next 2 are our before and after photos of the front. Last are a variety of pictures throughout the process.

Randy replaced the fascia board around the whole house, fixed areas that had dry rotted, changed out the 3 posts on the carport, did paint prep (caulking, checking for nails, priming where needed and finished with a whole house paint.

We love how it turned out! How about you?

We were blessed to replace the facia, parts of the soffit and wood that had dry rotted underneath for our client. Once that was done, Randy had plenty of paint prep before the final paint.

Our family made a trip up to South Dakota to help out my folks and have a quick visit.

Randy was able to help my dad install a handrail (though it was to code, insurance was requiring a railing be added), replace light fixtures throughout the house, replace the bathroom flooring (previously carpet and linoleum) and change out their dishwasher.

Blessed to meet some friends from CA/SD in-between!
Every once in awhile I like tease him that we should have called ourselves Cross Country Construction Services. 😆

We will be back at it here in Olive Branch with a handrail and gate install tomorrow. ❤️
