Responsibilities:
Run service and maintenance calls as scheduled and according to policy and procedure
Diagnose HVAC failures and successfully repair them
Test and braze line sets, evacuate and charge systems
Ability to complete simple low and high voltage connections on furnaces, air handlers and air conditioners
Follow dispatching procedures before and after each call
Properly submit all paperwork and monies collected by 9am on the next business day
Turn in all parts related to any warranty calls ran
Keep company vehicle & property clean and well maintained
Be available to perform your on-call duties when scheduled (only 1 weekend a month)
Follow through all sales to completion
Build strong relationships with each one of your customers
Requirements:
EPA Certification
Driver's license
1 year experience or certified HVAC tech training
Ability to work from a ladder
Be able to lift 60lbs to waist level
Possess basic HVAC hand tools
