Current state of affairs: bringing this one back from the dead. The floor system had decayed past the point of being salvageable. New main beam, and all new floor joists before new subfloor. Slowly but surely, we’re getting there. Most of the hard part is behind us now.

Porch roof in Murphysboro, IL. The homeowner hired a “Contractor” before calling me who took her money and left her with a mess. I spent three hours tearing down what was supposed to be a porch roof, and three days putting this back up. Concrete patio will be laid down in the next couple weeks to finish it up.

Out with the old and in with the new! Much needed tear down and rebuild of this old single car garage. Water and termites did a lot of demo before me, but they left plenty behind. Sure is nice to park inside a new and dry garage every night 👍🏻.

Another job wrapped up in February, and another happy customer. Sun room addition with tongue and groove walls and ceiling, as well as a kitchen update, with new backsplash and tongue and groove added on the walls, refinished the stairs, and new luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the first floor. Ms. Glenda I hope you enjoy your new sunroom and kitchen as much as I enjoyed building it for you! Marshall Stennett at Stennett Excavating LLC got the footings great as always, and did the finish grade while digging in the down spouts on the house. Give him a call for your excavating needs you won’t be disappointed. The flooring came from Mark Novoa at Ground Fx Flooring in Marion. Definitely my go to for all things flooring.
