JOB DESCRIPTION
• Program, setup and run Swiss Screw machines and Regular CNC Lathes to maintain high quality tight tolerance machined parts.
• Monitor multiple CNC machines in production.
• Document actions by completing production and quality logs.
• Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
• Maintain equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to management for continuous improvement of the company.
• Excellent Salary and Benefits package, Full time position.

REQUIREMENTS
• Must be methodical & have the ability to read and program NC code.
• Ability to read blue prints & precision measuring instruments.
• AS9100 experience a plus.
• Good mechanical skills.
• Must be punctual, positive minded & work well with others.

POSITION TYPE AND EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, start and finish times may vary based on position.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• 2- years technical degree (or apprenticeship certificate) or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience setting up and operating Regular or Swiss Style CNC Lathes.

The dtiEXACT Contract Machining Division had a great time working with the team at Leatherman Tool Group to waterjet cut their new tool design! Within just weeks after initial RFQ and quote, dtiEXACT was able to procure materials, manufacture custom tooling, set up CNC machines, ship first test batches and then go to work on production runs.
