Poor drainage around this very old home ultimately led to a soggy wet yard and water where the customer didn’t want it. I came in and picked up all the downspouts with 4” pvc and built a French drain routing any water around the house into a basin to be pumped off the property. This job was tricky even involving us using a vac trailer setup to suck rock out of an extremely tight area.

Built a small retaining wall out of repurposed bricks and shaped up this flower bed before a big graduation party. Also reseeded the whole yard and put in some additional rock for a walking path. Clients are happy!!
