Here’s a small sub contract that was past down to us. If your house has 1x6’s and are spread apart enough for a nail to get threw them insurance has to pay to get your whole roof re sheeted just how they did to this beautiful 1950’s house. Did house, garage, and little shed.

Here’s a little project that was sub contracted on to us. Old flat roof was leaking for years which resulted in rotted out joist’s and also rotted out the boards on the garage floor. We framed up a new flat roof with more pitch so water can go down hill instead of staying in one spot ‘ installed mule hide Underlayment and white mule hide on top to finish it off we installed white flashing on all the corners. On the inside tore off all the old rotted out boards and installed 3/4 inch green treated plywood on the whole floor

Is your retaining wall falling apart or you got dirt falling onto your property? Don’t worry we got you covered , a little retaining wall we did for a customer that was tired of dirt falling into his shed. We used green treated 6x6 and green treated 2x12’s for a in expensive but sturdy and as well good looking job.
