🏗️ Project Update: Aviva Wellness 🌳

Another great week of progress at Aviva Wellness at Avenue One Omaha!

The exterior is coming to life as our landscaping team gets to work. This week, we planted 22 trees and shrubs across the property, including Bur Oaks, Honey Locusts, Crabapple trees, Sea Green Junipers, Lilacs, and Karl Foerster grasses. It's exciting to see the finishing touches beginning to transform the site.

Inside the building, work continues with elevator installation underway, and we're looking forward to the arrival of the cabinet shipment, bringing us one step closer to the finished product.

Every milestone gets us closer to delivering another quality project. Stay tuned for more updates as Aviva Wellness nears completion!

🏗️ Project Update: Aviva Wellness

Progress continues at Aviva Wellness at Avenue One Omaha, and we're excited to see this project moving into its final stages!

On the exterior, our team is installing the decorative AFC paneling. Once that's complete, we'll begin installing grass and landscaping, giving the building its finished look.

Inside, work is moving just as quickly. On the second floor, we're wrapping up drywall installation and preparing to begin painting, casework, and tile installation.

Every week brings another milestone, and we're proud of the craftsmanship and dedication our team continues to deliver. Stay tuned as Aviva Wellness comes to life!

🏗️ Project Update: EGIS Technologies

Montage Builders, LLC has been hard at work this summer on a new office buildout for EGiS Technologies at Regency Landing.

This 5,482-square-foot space is coming together quickly and remains on time and on budget. The new office will feature two private offices, a conference room, a kitchenette, spacious open work areas, abundant natural light, and an outdoor balcony.

We're putting the finishing touches on the project this week and look forward to welcoming EGIS Technologies into their new home soon!

Great projects are built through teamwork, quality craftsmanship, and a commitment to delivering for our clients, and we're proud to do just that.

🏗️ Project Update: Chipotle – Ralston

The new Chipotle Mexican Grill project in Ralston is off to a great start!

Our team has completed the utility work and site grading, and building footings are being poured this week, a major milestone as construction moves into the next phase.

If you've driven by the site recently, get ready! As summer winds down, you'll start to see this building come together quickly.

We're excited to keep the momentum going and look forward to sharing more progress along the way!

🏗️ New Project Announcement

Montage Builders, LLC has officially started work on a new Chipotle location at 72nd & P Street in Ralston, right next to Liberty First Credit Union Arena.

Site grading is underway, and in the coming weeks our team will be coordinating utility work, underground sewer installation, and site prep to keep this project moving forward. If all goes according to plan, we’re aiming to begin building footings in mid-July.

We’re excited to bring another great project to the area and look forward to sharing progress along the way!

🏗️ Project Update: Aviva Wellness 🏗️

The team at Montage Builders, LLC has been hard at work at Aviva Wellness, and this beautiful medical flex building at Avenue One Omaha is continuing to come together both inside and out.

On the interior, drywall installation is wrapping up on the second floor, marking another major milestone for the project. We’ve also begun taping and finishing the drywall, a process that will continue over the next two weeks as the space starts to take its final shape.

Montage Builders, LLC is proud to be a part of this exciting development, Avenue One Omaha, in west Omaha!

Avenue One is shaping up to be a destination for everyday living, with convenient options for shopping, dining, and healthcare!

An ophthalmology office will soon occupy the top floor of our newest development, providing diagnosis, treatment, and surgical care for a wide range of eye and vision conditions.

Montage Builders, LLC is making great progress at Aviva Wellness off 192nd & West Dodge Road at Avenue One Omaha!

Sidewalks are wrapping up, and the remaining glass installation will be completed in the next few days. Up next, we’ll kick off interior framing next week, followed by exterior grading and metal panel installation.

We’re proud to share that the owner continues to be impressed with the quality and efficiency of the work, and we couldn’t agree more. Our team shows up and delivers every single day, and that’s what keeps projects moving forward. 💪

The Aviva Wellness job site has been busy this past week with great progress all around!

🏠 Roofing is complete
✅ Exterior waterproofing is wrapping up
🧱 Brick installation is on track to finish this week

Starting tomorrow, we’ll begin installing first-floor window frames and glass, bringing the building one step closer to completion. Up next, sidewalks will be poured in the coming weeks.
