We are excited to share a success story from the GeoSupport Systems, Inc. team. I'll take you through our remarkable project at Creighton University's Student Housing.

The Challenge: Building on Unstable Ground

Creighton University, located in Omaha, Nebraska, is well-known for its commitment to education and community. However, when it came to expanding their campus with a new student housing facility, they faced a significant challenge. The ground at the construction site was not as stable as one would hope for, and traditional foundation solutions were not the answer.

Innovative Solutions with Helical Piers:

These piers are a deep foundation system that excels in situations where traditional methods fall short. Helical piers are essentially large screws that are drilled into the ground to support structures, making them ideal for areas with unstable soil.
