Job Details:
Dig residential footings in a safe, effective and timely manner under supervision from the footing supervisor. Must also be able to perform daily maintenance, daily lubrication and keep equipment clean and orderly.

Hours:
Monday thru Friday, start and finish times can vary, some Saturday’s may be required.
Full time position with 40 hours plus overtime

Acme Backhoe Operator Requirements:
Possess a valid commercial drivers license (Class A preferred) that meets Acme’s insurance policy review and requirements.
Experience operating wheel loader backhoe, John Deere 310 or equivalent
Commercial or residential footings experience.
Perform daily maintenance, lubrication and inspections on backhoe, trailer and truck. Keep equipment clean and orderly.

Acme team members are self-starters that can stay productive without being micromanaged. Acme team members are willing to help others and go above and beyond
BE Punctual! Job locations can change daily. Don’t be late!
Must have transportation to work everyday.
Must have a phone or effective way to communicate daily.
Ability to follow Acme’s safety program as well as safety administered by on-site supervisors.
Ability to effectively communicate. Listening, speaking, reading and writing
Ability to control attitude! Stay positive! Don’t be an energy zapper!!
Ability to work in various work conditions and weather conditions.
Must follow all local, state and federal laws.
Must possess a strong work ethic.
