We were honored to join Arch Icon Development and Lutheran Family Services this morning to celebrate the groundbreaking of Spin Lofts in Council Bluffs.

As the structural engineer on this transformative project, we're proud to help bring to life a development that will convert a long-vacant, city-owned site into high-quality, permanently affordable homes for individuals and families experiencing homelessness, as well as members of the local workforce.

TD2 provided civil engineering services for the new Quinn Oasis & Amphitheater at Lauritzen Gardens, a refreshing space designed for garden guests to enjoy.

In addition to the beautiful surrounding landscape, the facility features indoor restrooms, a café, and comfortable gathering spaces. Outdoors, visitors can enjoy a patio and amphitheater that will host future attractions, including live music, storytelling, and more.

We are proud to have played a role in bringing this exciting new destination to life!

Sometimes we send Marketing on a secret mission to check out how our projects turned out... 🤫

Okay, that's not entirely true. Marketing just wanted an excuse to leave the office on a Friday afternoon for an energy drink. ⚡🥤

This week's mission took us through one of the Hyper Energy Bar locations that TD2 Engineering helped bring to life. We're proud to have provided civil engineering services for Hyper Energy Bar's Omaha-area locations and are excited to continue working with them as they grow.

The sites look great, the drinks passed inspection, and Marketing even stayed on brand with an orange order. 🍊
