Project Portfolio ✅ 🏢

Lockwood Construction has partnered with Starbucks to build the free-standing core and shell of their new locations . The Starbucks internal team finishes the build-out on their own before a store is ready to open. Starbucks' new building prototypes require a cohesive look to both the interior and exterior, and include strategic parking and drive-thru's as well as unique patio spaces .

Stayed tuned for more store locations across Omaha (and surrounding cities!) - as we work with Lockwood Development and Hard Corner, LLC.

There's a new breakfast spot coming soon to Heartwood Preserve Development! First Watch is joining the retail strip center, already home to Little King Deli & Subs.

Current work on the space includes installing drywall, painting the ceilings and opening up the south wall of the end-cap to create an outdoor seating area. Stayed tuned for more progress updates!

Hayes & Associates LLC is relocating and we're deep in to tackling the Class 'A' office build-out! Currently, our team is in the process of drywalling and will then move on the ceiling work. This public accounting & tax preparation firm will make Sterling Ridge their new home, located within the Centris Federal Credit Union Building. (What a view!)

But first, let's share some photos of Mahogany Prime Steakhouse. This upscale build was completed in April 2024 and is located within Heartwood Preserve off 144th & W Dodge Road in Omaha, NE.

This project has been a true testament to our dedication and craftsmanship, and we're proud to unveil this stunning restaurant space that features:
🔹Elegant interior design
🔹Custom floor-to-ceiling, glass-paneled wine room with views throughout the restaurant
🔹State of-the-art kitchen
🔹Private dining rooms for meetings, special occasions & events
🔹Vibrant bar area with a curated selection of wine, spirits & seasonal cocktails

A huge thank you to our construction team and to Hal Smith Restaurants for entrusting us with another relocation project!

Located within Lockwood's retail development on 144th & West Dodge Road (The Shoppes at Heartwood Preserve), Starbucks opened on April 1st and is the newest location in the market.
