We completed this garage project a few weeks ago. The customer opted against the typical epoxy flake floor, and since this particular concrete slab was a good candidate for a cream polish, they chose to go with that look.

This job should have been a simple sand and recoat. However, because the previous contractor's work left the floor damaged, we had to remove the damaged coating and start over. We then applied a clear polyaspartic sealer with a matte, anti-slip top coat.
A quick 2 day turn around and the owner was back in business with a fresh new look 😀

We completed this pool house just before July 4th. We filled the joints with 2 part polyurea joint fill and cut flush then proceeded to polish the concrete to a 1500 resin polish . Turned out great !
Resin concrete polish is generally more cost-effective and can achieve a similar glossy finish to traditional concrete polishing. We do not cut into the concrete so basically the concrete you see after it has been power troweled is enhanced for a one of a kind floor

We did this major pool deck restoration back in early May . We started by removing the old failing 3/4' thick epoxy stone coating, once that was completed we went over the concrete using bush hammers to remove any remaining epoxy and to give the concrete some texture to aid in overlay adhesion. After making some drainage corrections in the concrete we proceeded to install a Duravel TSO overlay , once that was done we installed 82 new pool pins. It was an absolute joy working with this couple they were so appreciative and just a pleasure to work with ! 😀

This Rock feature had remained untouched for 25 years, protective sealer was long gone and the color had bleached out, so we used Smiths water based acrylic polymer stains 1 primary color with 2 highlight colors then sealed with Endurable 2 part Matte sealer
The gloss will eventually die down to a more natural look giving this Rock feature long term protection

We do a fair amount of prep for builders. Here we removed an excessive amount of carpet glue
