We recently completed a new pavilion for the JCC Omaha just in time for summer camp season. Before campers arrived, Senior Project Manager John Maderak made sure to give it a test run himself.

The new 3,200-square-foot pavilion was constructed using Butler Building materials and provides a durable, versatile gathering space for campers and community members alike.

We’re excited to kick off a new project with Midwest Laboratories in Papillion. Phase one includes a nearly 90,000-square-foot transformation of a former office building into a state-of-the-art laboratory.

Since moving into their new 105,000-square-foot home earlier this year, Food Bank for the Heartland has expanded its ability to serve our region in a major way. The new packing and distribution center is 40 percent larger than the previous facility—built to meet the growing demand for food assistance across the Heartland.

With increased cold storage, they’re not just distributing more food—they’re making it possible to provide fresh, healthy options to the individuals and families who need it most.

We’ve officially started grading at the newest site of New Horizon Academy, located near S. 40th & Yankee Hill Rd. in South Lincoln.

This will be our third project with New Horizon Academy as they continue to expand into Nebraska. Construction is expected to be completed by the end of this year.
