This Saturday, Outlook Nebraska will be participating in the at the Pinnacle Bank Championship, with Outlook Enrichment as the benefiting charity.

We're excited to cheer on Anna and Reese as they represent Team Outlook. Earlier this year, Anna participated in the Stanley M. Truhlsen Jr. Blind Golfers Clinic and our 2026 Tee It Up Fore Sight Tournament, where she had the opportunity to learn the game alongside other golfers who are blind or have low vision. Now, she'll be back on the green, representing Team Outlook and putting the skills she's built over the past few months into action.

If you're attending the tournament, be sure to stop by the putting challenge at 10 a.m. and help us cheer them on! 💚⛳

Over the past three years, we've had the privilege of watching Jessica grow into her role and embrace new challenges. She joined Outlook Nebraska with no manufacturing experience, just a willingness to learn. Today, she has built a reputation for showing up, supporting her coworkers, and always being willing to lend a hand. It's those qualities that make this recognition so well deserved. 👏

Jessica is blind, living with congenital nystagmus and strabismus. She's also a wife, a mom of two, and an advocate for breaking down misconceptions about vision loss. As Jessica puts it, "We can do what a sighted person can—you just have to give us the opportunity and let us show you, especially in the workplace."

Congratulations, Jessica! Thank you for everything you do.
