Our Back-to-School week kicks off with Paddock Road Elementary, and this year, students are walking into something brand new.
We’re proud to have partnered with Westside Community Schools to bring some exciting upgrades to campus. A new gym. A new early childhood development center. A new playground. A redesigned parking lot, a dedicated drop-off lane, and improved sidewalks to make getting to school safer and smoother for every family.
These aren’t just construction projects. They’re investments in the kids who walk through those doors every single day.

🧡 We had a blast giving back this month!

Our office came together for an assembly-line lunch and packed 250 Happy Kits for the kids and families at Children's Mercy Hospital! Each kit is filled with a coloring book, crayons, a fun card game, and a book or magazine, simple things that help make a hospital visit feel a little more comfortable for a child.

From collecting supplies in our breakroom to packing kits together over lunch, this was truly a team effort. Huge thanks to everyone who shopped, donated, and pitched in!

Children's Mercy does incredible work caring for kids in our community, and we're honored to support them. 🧡

We're beyond proud to share that our own Angie Jones has been featured in the Kansas City Business Journal's 20 to Know in Construction! 🎉

Angie’s journey in the engineering industry started in 2013 as the marketing coordinator at Lamp Rynearson. As someone who struggled with shyness most of her life, she never imagined herself in her role now as Kansas City office’s Client Development Manager.

Over time, she found joy and reward in sharing connections and caring for relationships with her colleagues, clients, and partners, people she now calls 'friends.'

Currently, Angie serves on the board of the KC Downtowners and is an active member of the Apex 2027 Class of the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce's Centurions Leadership Program. She is beyond grateful for the opportunities to serve her community.

This recognition is well earned, Angie. We're lucky to have you on our team!
