🔧 ROADSIDE REPAIR — BACK ON THE ROAD 🔧

This dump truck had a steering cylinder hydraulic line blow out, leaving it stuck on the side of the road.

We went out to the truck, repaired the hydraulic line on-site, and got it back up and running so it could get off the roadside and back to work. 💪

🔧 BUILT TO HANDLE THE WEIGHT 🔧

This gooseneck trailer came into the shop with the wood decking busting out where the telehandler sits.

We removed the damaged wood, rebraced and reinforced the structure underneath, then replaced that section with 1/4” diamond plate to give it a much stronger surface for the telehandler. 💪

Sometimes fixing the problem means more than replacing what broke — reinforce it and build it for the job it actually has to do.

🔧 FOUND THE PROBLEM 🔧

Pulled this hydraulic cylinder apart after it came in internally bypassing and quickly found the problem — the piston nut had completely backed off the rod.

We got everything inspected, repaired, properly secured, and put back together so this cylinder could get back to doing its job. 💪

Sometimes a cylinder problem is more than just a bad seal. That’s why we tear them down, find the actual cause of the failure, and fix them right.

This roll-off truck needed a new hydraulic tank, but a replacement was going to mean about 3 weeks of downtime.

Instead of letting the truck sit, we built a new hydraulic tank from scratch, fitted it to the truck, and got it back up and running. 💪

When downtime costs money, sometimes the best solution is to build what you need and keep moving.

🔧 BROKEN DOWN TO BACK TO WORK IN 2 HOURS! 🔧

This directional boring machine came into the shop with a broken feed arm that had it completely down.

We cut out all the broken and damaged metal, fitted and welded in a new arm, and had the machine repaired and back to work in just 2 hours! 💪

This batwing mower came in with the cylinder mounting ear broken off — the cylinder that keeps the deck level.

We cut the damaged ear completely off, fabricated a new one, got everything lined back up where it belonged, and welded it back in place. 💪

Whether it’s a broken bracket, cracked attachment, or something that needs completely fabricated, we can get it fixed and back to work.
