Thermoid is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support production operations, optimize manufacturing processes, improve product quality, and help develop innovative solutions for our customers. This role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on plant performance while working cross-functionally with production, quality, sales, product management, and suppliers.

โข Support lean manufacturing initiatives and process improvements
โข Provide technical support for production, quality, and efficiency enhancements
โข Analyze manufacturing and test data to identify trends and opportunities
โข Lead quality and productivity improvement projects
โข Develop and maintain product specifications, BOMs, and manufacturing documentation
โข Support new product development and product testing initiatives
โข Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to deliver effective solutions
โข Drive cost reduction and continuous improvement programs
We're looking for candidates with a degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering and a passion for improving products, processes, and manufacturing performance.
