Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings and specifications to determine welding measurements and positions.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols relating to personal protection equipment.
Maintain and clean and safe workstation.
Ability to safely use various hand tools.
Ability to safely operate a forklift.
Ability to operate welding equipment in various positions as needed.
Basic math skills
Certification in 2G, 3G and 4G preferred.

Loft Machine LLC is looking for an experienced CNC Machinist. We are conveniently located in Tarrant, AL.

Experienced Machinist:

Ability to set up and operate CNC machines to perform precision machining operations.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine machining operations.
Select and install cutting tools, tool holders, fixtures and machine accessories according to specifications.
Load and unload raw materials and finished parts onto the CNC machine.
Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
Make adjustments to machine setting as needed to maintain proper dimensions and tolerances.
Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment.
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy.
Proficient in CAD software for programming CNC machines.
Basic math skills for calculations and measurements.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

INDUSTRIAL OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Loft Machine LLC is seeking a professional and organized individual with experience working in a manufacturing office environment for our Tarrant location. Someone who will provide administrative and operational support including some HR functions while maintaining a smooth daily office operation. Strong communication, multitasking and organizational skills are a must for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
Purchasing of raw materials, machine tooling and supplies.
Direct contact with customers, suppliers and co-workers.
Working directly with Sales Representatives with the company.
Update production schedules.
Assist with data entry, payroll, purchasing and receiving, and basic bookkeeping skills.
Prepare and update job schedules, deliveries and pickups.
Create work orders and job folders for shop.
Verify deliveries against packing slips to ensure accurate inventory.
Maintain office supplies and equipment.
Handle incoming calls, emails and office communications.
Applications, order uniforms for new hires, stock vending machines.
Track orders and provide customer with updates.

Qualifications:
Previous 5 years experience in an industrial/manufacturing office support setting.
Previous experience with SAGE Accounting software a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Basic bookkeeping knowledge.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

FITTER

Repair items such as machinery, and structural components using various welding techniques and equipment.
Ability to read blueprints and engineered drawings and specifications to fabricate and assemble metal components with precision.
Knowledge of basic math, including fractions, decimals and ability to read a tape measure.
Knowledge of various welding techniques including MIG, TIG and stick welding on different materials.
Work with engineering and design teams to optimize fabrication processes and improve production efficiency.
Working knowledge of forklifts and overhead cranes.
Ability to maintain a clean safe work environment.
Ability to use various hand and cutting tools.
