We’re proud to celebrate the completion of the Scanlon Early Education Center for Alhambra Unified School District.

This 27,000+ SF campus, designed by Architecture for Education, creates a dedicated space for early learners, including students with specialized needs, giving them a strong start in a safe, supportive environment.

Projects like this go beyond the building. They strengthen families, expand access to early education, and invest in the future of the community.

Neff Construction is honored to have served as the lease-leaseback contractor on such a meaningful project. We can't wait for the official ribbon-cutting!

We were proud to join and PBK in celebrating the ribbon cutting of Hans Christensen Academy.

This project marks the transformation of the campus from a former middle school into a dedicated TK–8 academy thoughtfully redesigned to serve students and families at every stage of their journey. Together, the team reimagined the space to support young learners in a safe, welcoming, and purpose-built environment.

Thank you to Menifee Union School District and PBK for the collaboration and trust. It is an honor to help create spaces where students can grow and thrive for years to come.

Since completing Chaparral High School’s auxiliary gym earlier this year for Temecula Valley USD, we’ve been proud to watch it become part of the rhythm of the campus. Designed by DLR Group, this new facility expands opportunities for athletics and school events, reflecting what strong collaboration can deliver for students.
