There's always something to learn from others in the industry!

On September 23, members of the Alger Precision Machining team attended the Precision Machined Products Association - PMPA Southern California Chapter Presidents Round Table, hosted by Sorenson Engineering.

The visit included a tour of Sorenson's Swiss machining operation and an opportunity to connect with fellow manufacturers, exchange ideas, and gain new perspectives on precision manufacturing.

We're proud to play an active role in strengthening our local PMPA chapter and creating more opportunities for technical learning, collaboration, and continued improvement.

Recently, we celebrated Dave Sierra’s 35th anniversary with Alger Precision Machining.

On June 29, we celebrated Gerry Aguirre's 40th anniversary with Alger Precision Machining.

Gerry's journey at Alger began in shipping and receiving before moving into cleaning and packaging. Today, he serves as our Maintenance Supervisor.

Forty years is an incredible milestone, and we're grateful for the consistency, experience, and teamwork Gerry has brought to Alger throughout the years.
