This year, our committed and passionate leaders were able to get together, connect, and collaborate on our successes in 2022 and discuss areas we need to improve on for 2023.

This year’s Anchor Award, which is given to represents our most well performed employee that models who we are as a company, goes to Jaime Ruelas. Jaime exceeds expectations and consistently goes above and beyond from the biggest task to the smallest task. From meal break penalties, to vehicle inspections reports, to providing deliverables requested for our customers, to his daily responsibilities… he takes on and tackles all things thrown at him, no questions asked. Jaime Alonso Ruelas, definitely well deserved! Keep up that leadership in you!

Arijet Communications would like to congratulate the promotion of Omar Ruelas to Construction Superintendent. Omar has more than 10+ years of experience in the Underground Construction Industry. Omar started off with us working in the field, and quickly moved up and became a Foreman, then to a Construction Manager, and now leading the whole Underground Construction Division to a future of success. His leadership, determination, and experience is truly a tremendous asset to our team. We are thrilled to have you on our team!
