Crystal Garrett — Administrative Director

For nearly five years, Crystal Garrett has been an integral part of the Conally Industrial family, serving as the company’s Administrative Director and helping keep the many moving parts behind the scenes running smoothly.

Crystal oversees a wide range of responsibilities, including onboarding and training new hires, accounting, employee benefits, subcontractor verification procedures, and the countless administrative details that help keep the company operating efficiently and professionally. While much of her work happens behind the scenes, its impact can be felt throughout the entire organization.

Crystal is also known for being a voice of reason. She has a way of looking at situations with a level head, offering perspective when it is needed and helping keep things moving in the right direction. More importantly, she backs Conally Industrial with her whole heart. Her commitment to the company, its people, and the work they do is something that doesn’t go unnoticed.

Away from work, Crystal’s greatest priority is her family. She is married to her high school sweetheart and is the proud mom of three beautiful daughters. Family time is what she enjoys more than anything, and those relationships are at the center of what matters most to her.

Crystal is also a huge animal lover, with a particular soft spot for her Yorkie, Tipsy, who is very much a part of the family.

At Conally Industrial, Crystal may be responsible for a lot of the things that keep the business organized and moving forward, but those who know her best know that her greatest contribution goes beyond a job description. She brings loyalty, common sense, dedication, and heart to everything she does — and she is a big part of what makes Conally Industrial feel like more than just a company.

🏭 Who’s Who at Conally Industrial 🏭

Next Up: Levi Baker

Levi Baker began his welding career in 2002 after earning his welding certification through Southern Union’s welding program. From there, he took his skills on the road, pipe welding across the country from Texas to Wyoming and nearly every state in between.

Always looking to further his knowledge and credentials, Levi became involved with the American Welding Society (AWS), one of the leading organizations in the welding industry dedicated to advancing welding technology, education, standards, and professional qualifications. In 2012, Levi earned his Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) accreditation, adding a strong quality-control and inspection background to his already extensive field experience.

For years, Levi traveled the country wearing the inspection and quality-control hat, gaining firsthand experience in the standards, procedures, and attention to detail required to deliver quality work in the industrial welding and fabrication industry.

In 2019, Levi brought that experience to Conally Industrial, where his role quickly expanded beyond inspection and quality control. He became heavily involved in capital projects, working from the estimating and planning stages all the way to boots-on-the-ground ex*****on and management in the field.

Today, Levi is deeply involved in the day-to-day operations of several Conally Industrial clients, overseeing everything from ongoing fabrication needs to full-scale capital projects. His combination of field experience, welding knowledge, inspection credentials, estimating ability, and project management experience gives him a unique perspective from both sides of the job.

Outside of work, Levi is a proud father of four — two boys and two girls. With his youngest still at home, he says there’s still one more keeping Mama on her toes!

Levi’s career has taken him across the country and through nearly every side of the industrial trade, but his focus today is right here at Conally Industrial: helping clients plan, execute, and complete projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

🏭 Who’s Who at Conally Industrial 🏭

Next Up: Dylan Norrell

Dylan Norrell’s journey with Conally Industrial began in 2017, when he joined the company as its very first employee. At the time, he was still a student at Smiths Station High School, spending his summers on job sites learning the trade from the ground up. After graduating in 2019, he continued building on that foundation by pursuing an HVAC certification at Columbus Technical College.

Determined to move forward in his craft, Dylan balanced night classes with full-time work at a local HVAC company. That season of long days and late nights not only earned him a two-year certification, but also shaped the hands-on experience and discipline that would define his career. From the beginning, his work ethic and willingness to learn set him apart.

As Conally Industrial grew, so did Dylan. What started as entry-level field work evolved into a steady rise through the company, from laborer to Vice President. Along the way, he became known for his steady leadership, thoughtful problem-solving, and ability to stay composed under pressure. Colleagues and clients alike often describe him as an “old soul”—someone who brings a quiet confidence and consistency to every project he touches.

Outside of work, Dylan is married to his high school sweetheart. Together, they share two dogs and are eagerly preparing to welcome their first child. As Conally Industrial continues to expand, Dylan remains deeply committed to leading with integrity and carrying forward the values that have shaped the company since day one.

🏭 Who’s Who at Conally Industrial 🏭

First Up: Dusty Norrell

Dusty Norrell is the Founder and President of Conally Industrial, a company he established in 2016 with a vision of delivering high-quality industrial construction, fabrication, and plant maintenance services built on integrity, craftsmanship, and lasting relationships.

With nearly two decades of experience in industrial, government infrastructure, and energy-sector construction, Dusty spent years traveling the country, working on projects across the Carolinas, throughout East and West Texas, and into New Mexico. His time with several respected industrial general contractors gave him the knowledge, leadership, and perspective that ultimately inspired him to build a company of his own. In September 2018, he earned his General Contractor License in multiple states, further expanding Conally Industrial’s capabilities.

One of the questions Dusty is asked most often is, “Where did the name Conally Industrial come from?” The answer is simple—it was named after his oldest daughter. Family has always been at the heart of the company, and those values continue to guide the way Conally Industrial serves its customers and employees.

When he’s not leading the company, Dusty enjoys spending time with his wife, whom he married in 2017, and their three beautiful daughters. After years of traveling for work, he’s grateful to have planted roots at home, where he continues to grow both his family and the business he built from the ground up.
