Our Technical Training team recently visited our Tampa office to lead Exterior Wall Systems training for our team serving Central and South Florida👏

Today, our Orange Beach Region gathered for our annual All Hands Meeting 👏 While we spent time discussing safety, celebrating accomplishments, and looking at the goals ahead, this day is really about bringing our team together. Taking time to connect, share a meal, and strengthen relationships helps build the culture that drives everything we do. We’re grateful for the people who make C/Sharpe what it is!

Last week, we welcomed our Summer 2026 interns at our Santa Rosa Beach office for Intern Orientation Week! Throughout the week, they were introduced to the core of who we are here at C/Sharpe through culture-focused sessions, safety training, hands-on technical development, and team building experiences that helped set the foundation for the summer ahead.

During their time with us, these 7 talented college students will gain real-world experience through mentorship, professional development, and hands-on experience! Our goal is to invest in the next generation of leaders and innovators in the construction industry.

Here’s to a summer centered around growth, collaboration, and making a lasting impact. We’re excited to see all that this group accomplishes in the months ahead! 👏
