We went and diagnosed a bad condenser coil at this customers house. Even though the unit was not that old, the cost of the coil was outrageously expensive. We were able to install a brand new AC system for them with a 10 year parts warranty for practically the same cost as the repair. Now they are nice and cool. Daddy-daughter HVAC duo on the job todayšŸ”§ā„ļø

One customer we visited today called us out because their AC wasnā€™t cooling. After a quick diagnostics, we found they had a bad compressor. Luckily, we were able to replace it (along with a new filter drier) under parts warranty and get them cooling again just in time for the weekend šŸ™Œ

Funny how I managed to get pictures of Dad workingā€¦ but he didnā€™t get a single picture of me wiring everything up šŸ¤ØšŸ˜‚

Thatā€™s alright ā€” as they say, ā€œteam work makes the dream workā€.

We've received some much needed rain, so dont forget to keep any greenery from growing into your condenser like shown here.

Not only does it block air flow, but it can damage your coils or wrap up around your motor, leading you to have a costly repair.

And remember, if you have to clear any plant growth around your unit, to use caution! You dont want to cut/pull a wire or damage a freon line.
