* Repair Superintendent (1): This person will be responsible for managing a crew of 15, welders & fitters. Must be able to read a job worklist and ensure all tasks on worklist are completed safely and efficiently with high quality of workmanship. Must be able to shuffle staff between multiple projects at one time without causing delays. Will become shipyard competent person certified and be a member of the shipyard's confined space rescue team. Will be responsible for communication regarding jobs with both project managers and customer. Will be responsible for requesting equipment, consumables and steel for jobs. Must have prior shipyard experience.

* Paint Superintendent (2): This person will be responsible for managing blast and paint crew of 10. Must be able to communicate effectively with paint reps, customer reps, and project managers. Must be able to read, interpret and follow paint specs. Must be able to shuffle staff between multiple projects at one time without delays. Will become shipyard competent person certified and be a member of the shipyard's confined space rescue team. Will be responsible for requesting equipment, consumables and supplies for each job. Must have experience with industrial painting and lining jobs.

* Blasters and Painters (14): Must have experience with abrasive blasting and painting in an industrial setting. Must be willing to work overtime.

Interested applicants must have previous shipyard and barge repair experience, supervisory experience and ability to read and interpret job work lists. Applicants must be able to properly manage crews of 15-20 individuals and handle multiple jobs. Applicants must be able to communicate properly with supervisors, subordinates and customers.
